Terms
Last updated November 2, 2026
10pc Tournies is a free community tool for running VALORANT tournaments, run by Rick Zhang. Using it means you agree to these terms and to how our privacy page handles your data.
Who can use it
- You must be at least 13, or older if Discord requires it where you live, and allowed to have a Riot account and play VALORANT. If you are under 18, have a parent or guardian read these terms with you.
- You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and Riot's Terms of Service while you use this site.
Your account
- One person per account. You sign in with Discord.
- Sign up for tournaments only with your own Riot ID.
- A signup made with someone else's Riot ID can be removed. If someone signed up with yours, tell the organizer or contact us.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Tell us if someone else gets into your account.
- If we remove you, don't come back with another account.
Running a tournament
- Organizers and their staff run their own tournaments. The rules, schedule, result calls and prizes are theirs, not ours, Riot's or Discord's.
- Organizers decide who can win a prize and pay it. We can't make sure a prize is paid.
- We don't settle disputes between players and organizers; take them to the organizer.
- By running a tournament you confirm you have your players' permission to look up their Riot IDs, ranks and match history and to show them on your stream. Our organizer page explains what that covers and what to put on a stream.
- Use players' details only to run your tournament.
- The site takes no payments. If you charge entry fees or offer prizes, handle them outside the site, offer cash prizes only where that is legal, follow the law that applies to you and your players, and follow Riot's community competition guidelines.
Fair play
Don't:
- report false results, use a veto link that isn't your team's, or otherwise rig a bracket, draft or veto.
- bet on matches, run betting or games of chance, fix a match, or play under another player's Riot ID.
- pretend to be someone else, such as another player, an organizer, Riot, Discord or us.
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful or sexual content.
- scrape the site, automate requests, or try to get around its rate limits or access rules.
- use the Discord bot or its announcements to spam a server, or link it where you aren't allowed to.
- use the site to break the law or Discord's or Riot's rules.
What you post
Team names, tournament and event descriptions, links, notes and Discord announcements you enter stay yours. Post only what you have the right to post. You let us store and show them in the site, and post them to Discord channels a server linked, only to run the site; that ends when they are removed, apart from backups and Discord posts already made. We may edit or remove anything that breaks these terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
Not affiliated
10pc Tournies is not run, endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games, Discord or HenrikDev; see the notice at the bottom of this page. Their own terms: Riot Games, Discord, HenrikDev API. Discord and Riot are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the site. If these terms conflict with theirs, theirs apply.
Discord, Riot and HenrikDev
- The site depends on Discord, Riot and the HenrikDev API. If one of them goes down, changes or cuts our access, parts of the site can stop working.
- Whoever links the bot to a channel confirms they are allowed to and is responsible for how it is used there. It can be unlinked at any time, and we may unlink it.
- Bot posts can be late or missing. Don't make the site your only record of anything important.
Provided as is
The site is free and provided as is, with no promises. Rank and match data comes from the unofficial HenrikDev API and can be late, missing or wrong. The site can go down, lose data or change and drop features without notice, and it may stop running.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using the site, including what organizers, players or outside services do, such as a wrong result, a missed match, an unpaid prize or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to US$100. This doesn't cover gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or anything the law doesn't let us limit.
Your responsibility
If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used the site, what you posted or a tournament you ran, you agree to cover our costs from that claim, as far as the law allows. Disputes with organizers or other players are between you and them, and you release us from claims about them.
Suspension and removal
- We may suspend or remove an account, tournament or content that breaks these terms, or to protect players or the site.
- You can stop using the site at any time and delete your account on your account page. The privacy page says what deleting removes and what stays in tournament history.
Disputes
If you have a problem with the site, contact us first and we will try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes go to its courts. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of your state, province or country, including the right to sue at home.
Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top. For a big change we also post a notice on the site before it applies. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
General
- These terms and the privacy page are the whole agreement between you and us.
- If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- What you post, the liability limits, your responsibility and disputes still apply after you stop using the site or delete your account.
- If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given it up.
- Parental control tools, such as filtering software, are sold by other companies and can limit what minors see online.
- We may hand the site and these terms to someone else, and we will post a notice if we do.
